Tim was amazing. He assessed the issues and came up with solutions in a tight situation - lots of heating ducts and wiring, etc., making for a tight fit. Tim's workmanship is amazing and I am pleased to have a new gas line in. He also installed a new kitchen sink fixture. It was fun to watch him work as he has an amazing "can do" personality. I'll want Tim for my next kitchen projects!!

Tim Gorham helped me pick out a great new garbage disposer, which is so quiet I can't believe it. Tim installed the disposer so quickly and with great expertise, from the putty to lining up the four rings. Tim is the best! I am hoping that my plumbing needs take a break for awhile, but I will definitely ask for Tim when my next job comes up. Thanks, Tim!!

Tim was extremely professional and friendly. He listened carefully to our concerns and questions and took time explaining things about our sump pump that no one had ever done before. This is the third time we've used Plumbing Professors for a plumbing need in our home and each time has been a good experience. I think they hire quality people. We will be calling on Tim for future plumbing needs!

My experience with Plumbing Professors was the best. The original job was to replace my kitchen faucet. Tim instinctively knew what style of faucet would work for me, and even went the extra step to make sure my soap dispenser matched the finish on my new faucet. Then my plumbing job turned into the major project of replacing the main shut off valves, which required breaking up the basement floor, pulling a permit and working with the city for water turn off and on. Tim used his excellent people skills to arrange for the city to turn the water back on in the same day or else I would have been without water through the weekend. Tim and his helper Kevin Jackson worked for hours to break up the floor, replace the valves, and cement the floor. Tim even found that my hot water tank valve was also bad and replaced this too. Tim's work was perfection. He does not take shortcuts and makes sure that everything works perfectly. Tim is the best. I will ask for him with my next job - replacing my garbage disposer, which crashed this morning (I will call to make an appointment). Thanks Tim!!!

I like PP. I do not like the plumber Jim. He has an attitude. He came Dec 6 and I waited 3 months for his return with the part. I find out He NEVER ordered the part. I went 4 months with out hot water in the master bath because of this jerk. Called again and asked for Dan who knew about repairing this problem. He came on March16 ordered the part plus an extra one and installed the part April 2. I never got a call from PP that stupid Jim never ordered the part nor did he bother to call to tell me. How long was he going to let me wait before he admitted he never ordered the part. He could care less about his customers and should be fired. He coped an attitude on the porch and again in the bathroom. Tried to tell me I had no leak twice. I reached under the sink showed him the water on my hand to convince him there was a leak. I offered to show him the information on the parts for the Watermark faucet. He did not bother to look at it. I asked to be credited the $59.00 he charged and I was told it was consultation charge. Consult me on what? I told the receptionist from the first call in Dec. Of 2014 to send Dan who knew what part to order and how to install it. Instead Jim arrived.

I called Plumbing Professors again because the first time Tim G. came to my house in early 2013 I was so impressed I wanted him to come back. Such a likable, honest, cool guy. Plumbing problems are such a nasty, expensive thing to have to deal with that having a terrific person in your house fixing them for you takes the sting away. Thanks Tim!
